BetterUI
Learn Conversion Focused Design From 10 UI Screen Redesigns + Live Sketching
Enroll in Course
Hello UI & Interaction Designers,
In this course, I invite you to learn from me as I use my personal sketching style to convey what I would do to a selected list of 10 user interfaces & landing pages. I want you to learn from me as I utilize various GoodUI.org ideas across a variety of projects. For each of the screens being redesigned, you'll learn from/about the following:
- How I Define & Break Down UI Problems
- How I Rank A Level Of Certainty For Each Problem/Solution
- How I Use Existing Evidence To Design
- How I Sketch Live In Adobe Illustrator As I Resolve UI Problems Into Coherent Solutions
- Includes Downloadable PDF & .AI Templates
The BetterUI course is still in Early Access mode with 6 completed projects and 4 more to go. When finished, it will include 10 UI redesign screencasts of popular interfaces and landing pages. If you purchase this course while it is still being worked on, I will try to get your input on some of the screens to be determined for redesign.
Join & learn how to make user interfaces better from a conversion & ease of use focus.

Your Instructor
Jakub has been practicing and writing about UI design for over a decade with the most visible work being published at GoodUI.org. The central idea behind the GoodUI project is to identify effective UI patterns. In the long run, Jakub’s goal is to build out a solid repository of evidence showing clearly which ideas work better and which ones less so. This evidence based approach to design is being pursued to make life easier for designers, marketers and optimization experts with A/B tests of the highest quality.
Aside of writing about UI and conversion optimization, Jakub Linowski also runs a consulting company , serving a variety of online businesses. The company has been increasing conversions such as revenue, sales and leads for clients since 2013. Linowski designs and runs A/B tests while applying various optimization strategies with a median improvement track record of +23% across past projects.
